Hi there, thanks for reading! Understand godothire is generally for programmers, but let us see who else is here.
Feel free to reach out if you're not sure, and let us know what you can do or can't do, and perhaps we can work something out.
Our small team is 1 year in to development needs help with the tasks above! We need someone ( or multiple people ) that can create and edit realistic character portraits, and we also need somebody that can help us lift our games style by improving textures and designs to improve the look and feel of the UI we're creating. This would probably involve a combination of photoshop or similar, and blender for other tasks. You also need to have a reasonable understanding of godot game development and be able to brainstorm ideas and help us implement whats good and avoid bad ideas.
Your professionalism, your style, and your work, will most likely help shape the games final products appearance and feel. We have the game mechanics - You need to make it look better.
*pay info - Generally we pay using the WISE platform - if you wish to use another platform that is ok, however any fees over 2 USD are your responsibility. Pay rate can be quoted and arranged on a per task. The general range could be expected to be $20 - 30 USD per hour depending on difficulty. You can provide a Reasonable quote for the time you need to complete a task and you'll be paid immediately on completion.
- Expectations - You just need to do what you say you will do - in the timeframe you say you will. That is all!
Be advised the applicant should probably be reasonably experienced in at least one of these areas already, it is not entry level work.
Here's an example of what our game graphics currently look like for your casual interest. https://youtu.be/SEqPQ0-D7i8
- The applicant should be able to look at the current textures and styles, and come up with improvements to really bring up the quality and feel.
Here are examples of a character to show the style and standard needed
- the applicant should be able to create different poses and facial expressions for this character.
