Programmer for TruWorlds (C#, Godot) — Remote
TruWorlds is a next-generation UGC (User-Generated Content) platform inspired by classic Roblox creation tools. We are currently in Closed Testing, with players able to create avatars, buy/make clothing, and prepare for full game launch. We're looking for skilled Godot developers to help build core systems during this early, exciting stage.
Responsibilities
- Implement gameplay systems in C#
- Work on multiplayer architecture, optimization, and stability
- Build in-game tools, UI, and world systems
- Improve backend gameplay logic and performance
- Develop features inspired by classic sandbox platforms (all original implementations)
Requirements
- Strong experience with C#
- Modern c# .NET software development
- Proficient with Godot
- Ability to write clean, modular, scalable systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft Teams + Discord communication
- Self-directed and reliable with tasks
Bonus Points: - Familiar with Roblox's creation workflow - Experience with multiplayer programming - Background in sandbox systems, physics, or tool development
